Fluid is a structured body. As such, it cannot be the substance but it
would be a macro body structured by minute particles, whose existence is
assured by the substance they are composed of. Different real objects
exhibit different properties, often opposing. Hence, fundamental substance
(matter) neither behaves in any particular fashion nor it has properties,
except its ability to exist. Therefore, substance (by itself) cannot behave
like fluid. But structures formed by entities having matter as substance
can. Simulated/holographic universe is imagined by mind. It is not based on
real entities.
In my concept, voltage, charge, etc. are entirely different from
contemporary understanding.  I believe that matter alone provides substance
to all real entities and matter (in turn) structures the universal medium
(an aether-like stable entity with definite structure that fills entire
space outside basic 3D matter-particles). Universal medium causes creation,
sustenance, interactions and destruction of all real objects. Universal
medium acts as a medium for all interactions and is the reason for various
properties and behaviours. Fundamental property of universal medium is
gravitation that gives rise to all ‘natural forces’. Gravitation, in turn,
is the basis of various exhibited properties of structured matter, like
electric charge, voltage, magnetism, inertia, heat, motion, etc. See:
