[Physics] Arguments for or against the variable time (of Relativity)

Dear Doug and Olivier,
I set up and performed the FIzeau experiment and interpreted the results in terms of absolute time. Here are the results:

Have you ever checked Fizeau’s EXPERIMENT by yourself?

In which case, do you have some MEASUREMENT results?
