<div id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1476886969847_2122" style="line-height:normal"><span id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1476886969847_2123" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif";mso-ansi-language:EN-US" lang="EN-US">I have discovered a very general modern Theory of Ether, that can
interpret in a new and attractive way all the observations belonging to the
fields of Special, General Relativity and Cosmology. A 1<sup id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1476886969847_2124">st</sup> version
of this theory has been published in English in the review Physics Essays between
2000 and 2007 (For instance articles “Theory of Ether”, “Theory of Ether with
Gravitation”, “Follow up on the Theory of Ether”, author Thierry Delort). But
this 1<sup id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1476886969847_2125">st</sup> version contains wrong elements and must be modified. A
very improved version of this modern Theory of Ether is exposed <span id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1476886969847_2126" style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>in the book written in French “Theories d’or 8e
edition”, Editions Books on Demand, author:Thierry Delort.</span></div>
<div id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1476886969847_2127" style="line-height:normal"><span id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1476886969847_2128" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif";mso-ansi-language:EN-US" lang="EN-US">We see in this last version of the modern Theory of Ether that this new theory
not only can interpret all the observations connected to Special and General
Relativity, but also can interpret EPR experiment and the existence of a mass
for the neutrinos (Subject of the Physical Nobel Price 2015), which is not the
case of Special and General Relativity.</span></div>

problems in the Standard Cosmological Model (SCM): Those problems are nature of
dark matter, and nature of dark energy that must exist and should explain astronomical

Ether, a substance fills all what is called “vacuum” in the Universe, that can
be modeled as an ideal gas and that is called “ether-substance” or more simply “dark
substance”. A complete new Cosmological model is obtained developing this new
concept. This new Cosmological model not only can interpret all the astronomical
observations interpreted by the SCM (Hubble Constant, evolution of the CMB,
distances…), but also each observation connected to dark matter or dark energy
in the SCM, for instance:</span></div>

proposes a new geometrical model much simpler and more attractive than any <span id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1476886969847_2142" style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>model of the SCM. </span></div>
<div id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1476886969847_2143" style="line-height:normal"><span id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1476886969847_2144" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif";mso-ansi-language:EN-US" lang="EN-US">A fundamental point is that dark substance can behave either as absolute
vacuum either as a substance owning a mass, which leads to adapt in a very
simple way the classical Newtonian laws and permit to obtain very easily the
Gravitational Potential and field in the Universe, with predictions in
agreement with astronomical observations.</span></div>

the SCM, is identified to the (local) Ether defined as being the absolute
Referential in The modern Theory of Ether. </span></div>
