have already studied Section 4 of Carroll Notes. In thirty pages, he
presents a good introduction to Gravitation, although he admits that it is just
an introduction, and he leaves the deeper math for "later Advanced Courses"

critical of some of your Members comments, as I was working from an environment
like Carroll's. I know that your "Gravitation Group" aspired to
"understand gravitation". Carroll notes that his text is pretty much the
entire semester course, so it has recently dawned on me that your Gravitation
Group Members hay not have had an available Semester to study Carroll's
work. I like that he has a sense of humor.</FONT></DIV>
