Instead of solving all problems of ‘standard model, ‘quantum mechanics’ and
many other contemporary theories by a new theory, wont it be simpler to
discover a particulate material universal medium that fills the entire
space outside basic 3D matter-particles and solves the problem of ‘action
at a distance through empty space’?

This universal medium that behaves like an ideal fluid is formed by
latticework-structures by quanta of matter and extends infinitely in all
directions. It is a real entity (with objective reality and positive
existence in space) that can act and be acted upon. It is self-stabilizing
entity that is homogeneous, simultaneously isotropic and anisotropic,
absolutely steady except for very small displacements of quanta of matter
within their latticework-structures and serene. It can provide an absolute
reference. It causes all physical phenomena including; creation of 3D
matter-bodies, sustenance and destruction of universe, gravitation,
gravitational attraction, electromagnetism, inertia, mechanisms of
interactions and motion, etc. See: http://vixra.org/abs/1007.0042

All physical phenomena, related to matter, are logically explained by
alternative concept, presented in 'MATTER (Re-examined)'.
