Hi Randy

Both Newtonian and Relativistic theories include refractive index ‘n’ in their formula (FS= 2LVn²/λc) ; Doppler theory not (FS= 2LV/λc).

With Doppler theory, it appears Fringe Shift would be THE SAME either we use water, or glass, or any other material in motion. How do you explain it ?
