Dear colleague dissidents.


I like to thank Arend Lammertink to strive to exchange the existing
dissident ideas. Probably he spends a lot of time to direct and arrange all
different points of views. All people who are listed will have had the
experience of being disapproved, misunderstand and insulted. So, I think it
is very important to treat every contribution with respect and accord to
the guidelines Arend has provided.
